Social Activities
Family Picnic: - Every year during July, TAGDV organizes
the Family Picnic for the Telugu people living in tri state area, to enjoy
the great American outdoors, Summer Picnic will be held at Peace Valley
Park with enthusiastic children and adults participating in various fun
filled activities. Numerous delicious foods like hot-dogs, corn, pakodi,
vada, snaks and soft drinks were provided. Children will have good time
participating in games like musical chairs, Jump rope, Running Race, and
slow walking (spoon with grape).

Cultural
Activities
Annual Events: - In the form of Annual Events, TAGDV Celebrates
Sankranti during January, UGADI during MAY AND DEEPAWALI and DUSSERA during
October/November of every year, with dinner and cultural Program (includes
PLAY, DANCE, MUSIC).
We also conduct
NORTH AMERICA TELUGU CULTURAL COMPETITIONS during APRIL/MAY every year.

Matrimonial Services
Free Matrimonial Services
for TAGDV members: Matrimonial Service offered by TAGDV to the Telugu Community in USA.
For immediate family (like brothers, sisters, daughters and sons) of
members of good standing of TAGDV the matrimonial appears TWO consecutive
times FREE of cost. A written request is needed for continued for another
set of TWO issues. For others, the AD donation is $25 per two issues
(minimum 4 to 5 lines only).
